Volunteer

My Father’s House is powered by people who show up. Volunteers are at the heart of everything we do — and there is a place here for every willing hand, every willing heart.

Ways to Volunteer

Mentorship & Discipleship
Walk alongside a resident as she builds her faith, her confidence, and her future. Mentors meet regularly with residents to pray with them, encourage them, and help them stay on track.

Life Skills Instruction
Share your expertise in a practical workshop. Topics include budgeting, cooking, job readiness, time management, and more.

Clothing Closet Support
Help sort, organize, and distribute donated clothing to women in the community. A simple task that makes an enormous difference.

Women’s Shower Day
Help welcome and serve women visiting for Shower Day — creating a warm, safe, dignified experience from the moment they arrive.

Event Support
Help set up, run, and wrap up community events, outreach days, and fundraisers.

Administrative Support
Assist with office tasks, data entry, communications, and day-to-day operations.

Transportation Assistance
Help residents get to job interviews, medical appointments, and essential errands.

Prayer Team
Commit to interceding for the women and the mission of My Father’s House. Prayer is the foundation of everything we do here.
